Mission Hills Dongguan (Norman)

Mission Hills Dongguan (Norman) is a Greg Norman design that has earned a reputation as one of the most difficult courses in Asia. Stretching to 7,228 yards across 18 holes, the layout draws on the traditional stylings of the Australian Sand Belt, with narrow fairways flanked by long native grasses and dense forest vegetation. The front nine moves through dramatic mountain ridges and hillsides, while the back nine settles into one of the property's lush valleys. The contrast between the two halves gives the round a distinct rhythm — exposed and demanding on the way out, more contained on the way home.
