Minnesota Valley Country Club

Minnesota Valley Country Club is one of the most-played courses in Minnesota on Hole19, and the reputation is well earned. Designed by Seth Raynor in 1924, this 18-hole par-73 layout spreads across 147 acres of gently rolling terrain above the Minnesota River Valley, featuring naturalized rough areas, open space, and more than 1,000 mature trees. Raynor modeled the course on classic European holes from golf's earliest era, rewarding accuracy and demanding strategic thinking on approach shots. Staying below the hole is a consistent advantage throughout the round. A full bunker renovation completed in 2017, along with modifications to some greens, has strengthened the original Raynor design. Four sets of tee markers accommodate all levels, with total distances of 5,207, 5,678, 6,416, and 6,736 yards. The greens are widely regarded as among the best maintained in Minnesota.
