Miami Shores Country Club

Rated 4.3 by 70+ Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in Florida on Hole19, Miami Shores Country Club is a private 18-hole, par-71 layout in Miami Shores, Florida, United States, designed by Robert F. "Red" Lawrence and Louis Wilson and opened in 1939. The course plays between 5,000 and 6,700 yards across gently rolling terrain shaded by majestic oak trees, with the Biscayne Canal Number C-8 and the Florida East Coast railroad forming natural boundaries. The club has hosted the Florida State Open. Practice facilities include a lighted all-grass driving range open daily 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a practice putting green, a chipping green, and a sand trap area. PGA instruction is available from 8 AM until 9 PM. The lounge and grill room serves a complete lunch menu with golf course views, daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays until 9:00 PM. The bar carries twenty-eight different beers, a wide variety of wines, and an extensive selection of single malt scotches. A historic clubhouse with multiple rooms is available for post-tournament events.
