Ljunghusens Golfklubb

Ljunghusens Golfklubb, a 27-hole semi-private heathland course in Skåne County, Sweden, opened in 1932 and was shaped by a roster of designers including Douglas Brasier, Ronald Fream, Jan Sederholm, David Kidd, Jimmy Kidd, and Peter Chamberlain. The layout moves through heathland, dunes, ditches, streams, and lakes within a natural reserve, with sea views throughout. Links character runs through the design: hole 18 plays as a dogleg along the sea with an elevated curved green, while hole 21 features a sunken green with a genuine links feel that has remained largely unchanged since 1938. The club holds Golf Environment Organisation environmental certification. Practice facilities include a driving range open daily from 06:00 to 21:00 (card or Sweetspot app payment), five putting greens, one pitching green, three chipping greens, a short hole course with real greens, bunkers, and water, plus a golf academy with coaches. The pro shop carries golf equipment. The clubhouse restaurant is run by Linda Norell and Niklas Nerman.
