Cheap council course. Not too many tricky holes. Few short par 4s and par 5s, but overall a decent length. Par 3 4th is the signature hole, with nice views over the surrounding area. Lots of beginner golfers so can get busy. Greens not great, but value for money is good. Plus driving range, chipping green, pitch and putt course etc.

Course doesn’t even look like it’s looked after. People jump on causing massive queues. Stubborn people don’t let others through adding to delays. I once had, including myself, 5 groups on a par 5. Completely unacceptable behaviour

Greens are in really good condition. Tee boxes uneven and why why why can't someone top up the ball washers. Possibly worst ball washers in the county
