Reviews for Little Hay Golf Complex

Along with non-paying players who jump on at any chance they get, and greens that would be better off used as toilet paper, I cannot recommend Little Hay to anyone who wants to take their golf seriously. £34 is daylight robbery if you compare this to courses within a 10 mile radius that are not only cheaper but much better in standard and maintenance.

Good course first few holes littered with range balls

An enjoyable public course that’s great for newbies and more experienced players. It’s gotten a little expensive for what it is. It’s worth playing but not £30+ a round. Fairways often too boggy or too dry. And greens never perfect. Clubhouse staff are really friendly but the opening hours aren’t great/reliable Great to have a course with a full driving range and nice practice putting green

Cheap council course. Not too many tricky holes. Few short par 4s and par 5s, but overall a decent length. Par 3 4th is the signature hole, with nice views over the surrounding area. Lots of beginner golfers so can get busy. Greens not great, but value for money is good. Plus driving range, chipping green, pitch and putt course etc.
