Legacy Golf Club (Championship)

Legacy Golf Club (Championship) is an 18-hole championship course in Panama City Beach, Florida, established in 1965 and named at the wish of Lela and Charles Hilton in honor of their son Chip — a golf instructor who believed the game teaches patience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome setbacks. The course features generously sized fairways guarded by lakes and white sand bunkers that protect elevated greens designed to challenge even the sharpest short games. Players can expect to use every club in the bag, though the layout is considered fair and enjoyable rather than punishing. Three sets of tees extend its appeal across ability levels, contributing to its reputation as one of Florida's most popular tracks. Practice facilities include a lighted driving range, chipping green, expansive putting green, and an Executive Course. A Bar and Grille is also on site.
