Set in Cheat Lake, West Virginia, Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa (Lakeview) is an 18-hole, par-72 resort course designed by James Harrison and opened in 1950. Tree-lined fairways, undulating greens, and views of Cheat Lake define the layout. Hole 7 plays 564 yards with a dramatic 180-foot drop, while hole 18 stretches to 620 yards and demands careful strategy and precision. The course holds a Golf Digest four-star rating, has been named a Top 100 public course in America, and earned Best of Morgantown honors for four consecutive years (2014–2017). It is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in West Virginia. On the resort side, the Fusion Restaurant offers a hearty buffet breakfast and international dinner specialties. Legends Sports Bar is also on site, along with a fitness center with sauna, basketball, tennis, and racquetball courts, and 24,000 square feet of event space.
