Lagans Golfklubb (18h)

Lagans Golfklubb (18h) is a semi-private park and woodland course in Kronoberg County, Sweden, with roots dating back to the 1960s. The current 18-hole layout debuted in 2017, the first time the course plays as a par 72. Designed by Danish architect Caspar Grauballe, it runs as two nine-hole loops, both starting and finishing at the clubhouse. The terrain is gently rolling, set among open mixed forest of pine and birch, with water in play on several holes. The exception is Bergaåsen, a glacial ridge that cuts through the opening and closing stretch, offering a view back toward the clubhouse area before the final hole. The course has been shaped by several architects over the decades — Anders Amilon designed the original nine holes, followed by contributions from Åke Persson and Björn Magnusson. Some of the original holes remain, though in revised form. A separate 9-hole short course near Motel Laganland is open for pay-and-play, and a large driving range is also on site.
