Knistad Herrgård

Knistad Herrgård is an 18-hole resort course in Västra Götaland County, Sweden, set within a manor estate that shapes its character throughout the round. The course has built a following for its hospitality: it ranked top 3 in Sweden for food and service in the Players First survey. The Herrgårdsrestaurang serves a three-course dinner using local produce, and the bar terrace overlooks the fairways. A golf café called Golfcafé Hönshuset operates at the nine-hole mark. The pro shop, Knistad Golfshop, carries clothing, equipment, and golf expertise. Lessons are available through the golf school run by PGA professional Stefan Jönsson. The resort hosts a full calendar of events including Golfveckan vecka 29, Irish Rumble, Battle of Knistad, Kräftgolfen, and Oktoberfest, among others. Accommodation is available in 80 rooms across the manor wings, with reception in the main building.
