Kanan Golf Club

Kanan Golf Club, located in Inashiki in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, is an 18-hole course designed by Shunsuke Kato, situated to the south of Lake Kasumigaura. The layout benefits from a warm, temperate climate and spreads across a generous piece of land. No two holes share the same character — each presents a distinct challenge that keeps players engaged from start to finish. The course features waves and mounds throughout, along with grass bunkers, dry creek beds, ponds that press close to the greens, and trees that frame the aerial lines of play. These elements combine to create a stadium-style course with a cohesive, polished feel.
