Johnny Goodman Golf Course

Johnny Goodman Golf Course is one of eight city courses in Omaha, Nebraska, and one of the most-played courses in Nebraska on Hole19. Surrounded by apartment complexes, the layout features broad fairways and large greens with rolling terrain that keeps the lies manageable. Water comes into play on every par 3 — a pond sits between the tee and the green on each of the four short holes — but nowhere else on the course, giving those holes a distinct character of their own. The four par 5s average 516 yards and provide the bulk of the scoring challenge. Doglegs appear throughout the layout, and golfers who cut them well will find the course plays shorter than its measured distance.
