Jacaranda Golf Club (West) is an 18-hole layout in Plantation, Florida, where precision matters far more than power. Known as a shot maker's course, it presents lagoons, doglegs, tightening bunkers, and demanding green complexes that test players at every level. The front nine offers a more forgiving experience, with receptive greens and short-cut areas that give players room to settle in. The back nine raises the stakes considerably, featuring boldly contoured greens and more exacting surrounds where creativity, patience, and sharp course management become essential. The course was redesigned by Weed Design of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, who updated the fairway and green grasses and introduced distinctive bunkering while preserving the core characteristics of the original Mark Mahannah design. The result is a championship layout built to challenge both the physical and mental sides of the game.
