Description
Island Lake Golf & Training Center in Shoreview, Minnesota is a 9-hole, par-28 layout stretching 1,333 yards, designed by David Pieper and opened in 1995. Semi-private access makes it open to the public. The driving range is one of the largest in the area, with grass hitting stations, top-of-the-line range balls, and availability from sunrise to sundown on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf lessons are also available on-site using Warren Bailey's teaching method. The pro shop offers an official pass, and Slicer's Deli serves premium sandwiches made with high-quality deli meats and locally baked breads.

Nachiket KarnikMay 31, 2021Quick 9 hole par 3 course. Decently maintained and the final par 4 is a fun way to finish the round. They have a grass range on site which is great. One negative is that it is right off the highway and thus very loud.
