Ipswich Country Club

Ipswich Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 private course in Ipswich, Massachusetts, stretching to 7,023 yards and designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., opening in 1989. The layout moves through Pitchpine Woodlands across rolling, tree-lined fairways with elevation changes, lakes, wetlands, and well-placed bunkers throughout the routing. Practice facilities are extensive. A 3.5-acre driving range, updated in 2023 with precision targets, upgraded hitting surfaces, and a 15-spot grass tee area, sits alongside a 2.5-acre short game zone with three bunkers and two putting greens. Instruction includes adult and junior programs, private lessons, group clinics, Ladies on the Tee, Chip & Sip, and club fitting with a TrackMan simulator. The club has hosted the US Senior Open Qualifier, the Mass Golf 4-Ball Championship, and the New England Head Professional Championship. The Robert Trent Jones Grille serves New England cuisine in casual and upscale settings, and the 19th Hole Men's Lounge is available to members. Additional amenities include a fitness center with a yoga studio, a junior Olympic pool with a cabana bar, and six clay Har-Tru tennis courts.
