Description
I Monasteri Golf Resort is an 18-hole, par-71 course set within an 86-hectare plantation of orange and lemon trees in Sicily, Italy. The layout stretches to 6,520 metres and was designed by architects David Mezzacane, president of the Italian Association of Golf Course Architects, and Vincenzo Mazzacane. Throughout the round, golfers are surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation — citrus, myrtle, and bay laurel — giving the course a distinctive character rooted in its natural setting.
