Description
George Cobb designed Hound Ears Club, a private 18-hole course that opened in 1964 in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The layout moves through a verdant valley where streams, lakes, and waterfalls shape the playing environment throughout the round. The course was rated #51 in North Carolina by the North Carolina Golf Panel in 2025. Instruction is available from PGA professionals on site, and a full-service Golf Shop is on the property. The clubhouse supports members with casual and elegant dining, a fitness center offering group classes, personal training, and massage therapy, six Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a heated pool, fly fishing, and hiking trails.
