The 5th plays 614 yards from the Championship Tee, making it the longest on the course. The 7th presents a split fairway off the tee and is one of the most written-about holes in the region. The 14th is a 212-yard par 3 widely regarded as the toughest test on the card. The club has hosted the 1945 Knoxville Open, the 1982 PGA Cup Matches, the 2004 USGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship, the 2007 Tennessee PGA Championship, and the Visit Knoxville Open.
