Picturesque course, but the experience was spoilt by two “staff” who were completely unnecessary antagonistic and rude for no reason other then they apparently got out the wrong side of the bed. The course was in poor nick with at least 3 of the greens on the front nine in my opinion unplayable due to over sanding and poor drainage. It needs some love, some new staff with manners, and some money spent to make this an option. Better options locally at wychwood and the cotswolds club. Avoid.

Great course and a tough challenge

Really good course. If tea boxes are boggy just tee back 🤷‍♂️

Up there with one of the worst golfing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Shocking tee boxes, over booked with groups of 4 walking, buggies should 100% compulsory as the holes have large walks in between. If you research this course it’s nothing like the photos. Hotel even worse. We were due to walk out after 3 room changes. AVOID AVOID AVOID ✖️

Course was horrendous condition and overpriced, no Marshall’s on the course speed up slow play, too many idiots who can’t play golf taking 14/15 shots on par 3s with zero golf etiquette. Tee box’s were mud baths, pathways were spine breaking in a buggy. Would not recommend this to anyone. Shocking!!!! Hotel is just as bad. Makes faulty look top notch!!

Unfulfilled Potential! A great layout with some fabulous holes unfortunately not looked after and looking tired. Such a shame as it's a great test of golf.

A delightful course, as picturesque as they come.
