Hershey Country Club (West)

Hershey Country Club (West) is an 18-hole, par-73 layout in Pennsylvania, United States, stretching to 6,860 yards and designed by Maurice McCarthy. The course opened in 1930 and is private. Tree-lined fairways, lush greens, and challenging hazards define the layout. The club hosted the Hershey Professional Invitational Golf Tournament (1933–1934), the Hershey Open (1935–1937, 1939, 1941), the 1940 PGA Championship, and the Lady Keystone Open (1978–1994). It has held a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary designation from Audubon International since 2010, and has appeared on GolfStyles Philadelphia's Top 100 Must-Play Courses (2009) and Golfweek's Top 100 Resorts list (December 2006 and November 2007). Practice facilities include a 25-station driving range, a putting green, and a short game practice and pitching area with bunkers.
