The front nine plays as classic parkland over gently rolling terrain, with no water hazards and only two notably steep gradients — at holes 1 and 5. The challenge here comes from a high number of out-of-bounds stakes and from greens that are both large and fast. The back nine has a different character. Earth was moved to elevate greens and vary the fairway lines, and water comes into play on holes 10, 11, 14, 16, and 17. The greens on this half are particularly demanding, with quick surfaces and severe breaks. A standout hole throughout the round is hole 6 (354 m), where reaching the green in two is very achievable, but the elevated putting surface and severe slopes make scoring a real test. Native and planted trees line the entire course alongside several lakes. The layout suits competitive tournaments while remaining enjoyable for mid- and high-handicap golfers.
