Jay Morrish designed Grey Rock Golf Club, a semi-private 18-hole layout in Austin, Texas, rated 4.5 by Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in Texas on Hole19. The course moves across rolling terrain through mature live oaks, with undulating greens and bunkers shaping decisions throughout. Hole 1 sets the tone with towering live oaks framing a par-four fairway. Hole 2 is a risk-and-reward par five with mature trees and strategically placed bunkers. Hole 5, a dogleg par four, places a premium on accuracy and position. The members-only driving range and an Elite Motion Golf academy — equipped with a Full Swing KIT launch monitor — cover full-swing, short game, putting, tune-ups, open bay practice, and small-group instruction. The Grey Rock Grille serves BBQ smoked meats slow smoked in-house every Friday, breakfast tacos, and grab-n-go items. The bar features large screen televisions for college football and golf.
