Greensmere Golf & Country Club (Premiere)

Greensmere Golf & Country Club (Premiere) is an 18-hole, semi-private links course in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, designed by John Green and playing to 5,367–6,775 yards across multiple tee options. The layout moves through pine trees and birch stands, with elevation changes up to 60 feet, ponds, bunkers, wind-swept fairways, and elevated tees and greens. Hole 17 carries a local landmark: a birch tree growing through a 1934 Ford tractor left standing in the middle of the fairway. The course holds Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status and is scheduled to host the 2026 Keith Charles Annual Black Canadian Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament. Practice facilities include a stadium-style driving range accommodating up to 70 players, two large practice putting greens, a short game practice facility, and coaching through an LPGA Professional program led by Pam LeBlanc. The fully stocked pro shop carries major equipment brands including Cobra, TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping, and Callaway. The lounge serves breakfast until 1:00 p.m., lunch, supper, and evening snacks, with homemade meals prepared from fresh local products. Greensmere is rated 4.3 and is one of the most-played courses in Ontario on Hole19.
