Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort

Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort is a resort-access 18-hole course in Nakuru County, Kenya, opened in 2000 and laid out across the slopes of a small dormant volcano. The layout stretches to 6,580 yards, with contoured greens built to USGA specifications, five water features, and bunkered holes throughout. Hole 17 is a par 5 measuring 598 metres (654 yards), noted as one of the longest holes in Kenya. Golf lessons are available on site. The resort has three restaurants: Gemini Restaurant, a rustic cabin-style all-day dining room with a wrap-around patio and a well-stocked bar with a log fire; Sagitta Restaurant, offering an all-day menu from a deck overlooking the 18th green; and Cepheus Restaurant, serving buffet-style breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
