Golfclub Zeegersloot (Griend-Heuvel)

Golfclub Zeegersloot (Griend-Heuvel) is an 18-hole course in Alphen aan den Rijn, South Holland, and a popular round among Hole19 golfers in South Holland, rated 4.1 by the community. The layout combines two distinct nines. The Griend nine (holes 1–9) winds through a classic polder landscape, where numerous water features and woodland sections create a varied, challenging environment that reflects the water-rich character of South Holland. The Heuvel nine (holes 10–18) takes a different turn entirely, introducing elevated terrain more typical of dune regions or rolling countryside. The artificial mounding brings genuine gradient challenges to what is otherwise flat land, and rewards golfers with open views across the surrounding landscape. Together, the two nines offer a satisfying contrast of styles within a single round.
