Golfclub Küssnacht am Rigi

Golfclub Küssnacht am Rigi is an 18-hole course set in the hilly moraine landscape between Lake Zug and Lake Lucerne, in the heart of Switzerland. Designed by architect Peter Harradine across former farmland, the course stretches 5,397 metres to a par of 68. The layout winds through a series of small valleys, with several fairways flanked by forest or mature high-trunk trees on both sides. It is considered suitable for beginners and single-digit handicap players alike, offering variety and challenge throughout. The WWF accompanied the project from the outset and awarded the completed course the distinction of being a particularly environmentally friendly and nature-compatible sports and leisure facility. The course is also noted for its excellent year-round maintenance.
