Golf du Haut Poitou (Haut Poitou) sits in Saint-Cyr, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, laid out by designer Harold J. Baker across 18 holes to a par of 73 and 6,549 meters. The course moves through a hilly, wooded hillside section with water obstacles and a bordering lake running through the layout. The mix of elevation change and water keeps the round varied without needing embellishment. Practice facilities are extensive. The driving range runs 40 uncovered and 28 covered positions plus two instructor boxes, with Trackman technology installed as of early 2025. A putting green, bunker, and approach green are also available. The on-site golf school carries a Fédération Française de Golf label; state-certified instructors Martin Guilbaud and Jules Gris run sessions, and children aged 6 to 17 are welcome on Wednesdays or Saturdays from September to June. The clubhouse restaurant serves traditional cuisine with a view over the course and lake, with space for professional and private events. The course has hosted the Open de Golf Professionnel International du circuit du Alps Tour and a Pro-Am.
