Golf Della Montecchia

Designed by Tom Macaulay, Golf Della Montecchia is a 27-hole, par-72 semi-private course in Veneto, Italy, and one of the most-played courses in Veneto on Hole19. Hole19 golfers have rated it 4.4, and it holds the Seminatore d'oro 2014 award. The layout is flat, with water obstacles, open patches of rough, and reflecting water features woven through the routing. Practice facilities are extensive: a double-ended driving range with 20 covered stations and lighting for night play, two outdoor putting greens plus one indoor putting green, two pitching and chipping greens, and two practice bunkers. The Montecchia Golf Academy has eight professionals on staff and uses Trackman, Sumputtlab, and Kvest software for clinics and personalized lessons. The clubhouse occupies a restored tobacco drying building. Ristorante La Montecchia on the first floor serves eco-sustainable cuisine. La Montecchia Green on the ground floor is an informal restaurant and bar surrounded by greenery.
