Golf Club Stupinigi

Golf Club Stupinigi serves as a vast green lung for the city of Turin, well integrated into the urban fabric and easily reached by public transport. The club traces its roots to the 1950s, when Vittorio Viotti established it as a driving range. It took on a fuller identity two decades later with the arrival of its first president, Lauro Beltrame, and a group of founding members, who added a nine-hole course alongside the practice facilities. The 18-hole layout that exists today has benefited from the work of respected professionals including Alfonso Angelini, Marius Mencagli, Pippo Calì, and Dino Canonica. The club also holds a notable place in Italian golf history: tour professional Emanuele Canonica, son of Dino, developed his game here.
