Description
Golf Club Boves occupies a natural corridor along the banks of the Gesso torrent, which runs the full length of the eastern side of the town of Boves, in the Piedmont region of Italy. The 18-hole layout was designed by Canadian architect Graham Cooke, who shaped a course of 6,018 metres to a par of 72. True to Cooke's recognisable design philosophy, the layout works with the land rather than against it, following the gentle undulations of the terrain and preserving the character of the riverside woodland understorey that defines the site.
