Gary Player Country Club

Gary Player Country Club, designed by the man himself, is an 18-hole, par 72 course set in Sun City, North West, South Africa, in front of the Sun City Hotel and Cascades Hotel. It is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in North West, rated 4.7 by the community. The layout features imaginatively placed bunkers and multiple tees that accommodate both novice and experienced golfers. Kikuyu fairways and bent-grass greens provide a near-perfect playing surface. The course serves as the permanent home of the Nedbank Golf Challenge, a $2-million first-prize event that has drawn some of the sport's biggest names. The clubhouse adds considerably to the experience. A restaurant overlooks the greens, the pro shop covers the essentials, and one floor is given over to a gym and spa. A 5km running trail runs alongside the course.
