Poorly kept, grass cut too infrequently so there are big clumps left after cutting, tee boxes are not maintained well, full of divots, greens are barren obviously had no over seeding this year, and weeds everywhere

I’d rate it zero stars if I could. Absolute travesty calling this field a golf course. Most poorly maintained course I’ve ever had the poor sense and misfortune to play.

Mark OwenJune 16, 2021Course has been neglected from what it was a few years ago which is a real shame. No club house. Greens wouldn't look out of place on a municiple course which makes £20. Course map on here is out of date with lots of tee boxes being moved forwards. Not bad for a cheaper round, but not in great condition at all unfortunately.
Daniel MylchreestJune 06, 2021Fairways and Rough are cut a lot better than before. The greens are a lot greener but there are still a lot of bobbles in them. For £20 it's a spit on course and got some great views too. A few testing holes too. If greens were improved would he a lot higher rated.

Mark WoodJuly 30, 2020Worst course I've ever played. Greens are pathetic and not worthy of being called greens. Don't waste your money.

Tee to green ok but greens in a shocking state
Paul RowlandsJuly 11, 2020Really poor. Gutted as it’s always been a good standard of course. Fairways cut badly and greens are horrendous. I won’t be back in a hurry
Michael Crosby-CraigJuly 02, 2020Such a shame. A lovely course & some fun holes to play but the greens (if you can even call them that) are in desperate need of some love, probably the worst I’ve ever seen, anywhere. Certainly wouldn’t play here again until this issues has been addressed.
Ryan JonesJune 20, 2020Greens are an absolute joke, and they have the cheek to charge you £20 to play on their “greens”, should be called “browns” not “greens”

Nice course but the greens need a bit of attention
Andy MartinApril 18, 2019A good challenge, and quite long. However, the greens were really poor, bobbly and bare in places. The tees were much the same, and placed on slopes or uneven ground. Poor for a private course unfortunately.

Rob EdwardsJuly 09, 2018Played 2 rounds here in consecutive weeks, course was in great condition despite the unexpected prolonged British hot weather. Pro shop was not open when we arrived (Tee off at 8am & then 6am the following week - both booked online) so went straight out onto the course. Course is hilly in parts so makes for a challenging round especially if you’re carrying your clubs, although buggies are an option. Enjoyed the round and will play there again!
