Five Hundred Club

Five Hundred Club, in Susono, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, is a 36-hole facility where each 18-hole layout plays to par 72 across 6,890–7,100 yards. The course was designed by 宮澤長平. The restaurant inside the clubhouse looks out over Hakone and Izu, and a terrace is available for those who want to sit outside. The pro shop carries balls, shoes, caps, and souvenirs, with a focus on local Shizuoka specialties including ham, dried fish, shirasu, and sakura shrimp. A private party room, Jūkyū-tei, is available as a separate annex. Practice facilities include an 18-bay driving range stretching 250 yards, two putting greens, two bunker practice areas, and two approach areas.
