FireRock Golf Club sits in Ontario, Canada, where the land does the heavy lifting. Tom McBroom's 2004 design works across pastureland, Savannah grasses, and the Oxbow River valley, shaped by captivating land forms, natural grasses and trees, gravel spoil piles, and ragged handmade bunkers that give the course a raw, distinctive character. The 18-hole, par-72 layout stretches from 5,672 to 7,183 yards. Hole 3 cuts through a canyon of old gravel spoils, hole 11 is the shortest on the course at 109 to 175 yards, and hole 18 ranks among the most spectacular on the property. Practice options are thorough: a full driving range with unlimited balls, a putting green, chipping and putting greens, and the Robertson Golf Academy, which runs lesson packages, junior camps, coaching programs, and clinics. The public course also has a pro shop for check-in. The Pub restaurant is open during the golf season to golfers and the public, with dining available inside, on the patio, or as takeout.
