Very good course, driving range and well stocked shop!! Well worth a visit

Driving range is excellent and the course has the potential to be a very nice, however it is very poorly maintained. Bunkers were pretty much unplayable and sign posting is not great either it’s not easy to work out where the next tee is

I know it's been 30+ degrees everyday lately but the fairways are so dry they're yellow.

Fairways were more like rough or second fit. Drainage everywhere except Greens was appalling. Spent 20+ mins searching for embedded drives on the fairway... in September... after a relatively dry two days. Dread to think what it's play like later in the year. Greens were in reasonable condition, well drained and very quick.
