Description
Fairview Golf Course, recently voted the #1 Golf Course in Lebanon County, is an 18-hole layout in Quentin, Pennsylvania, and a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Pennsylvania. Originally opened in the late 1950s, it sits at the base of the south Gretna Mountains in the Lebanon Valley, about 5 miles from PA Turnpike Exit 266. The course has evolved considerably over the decades. A F-3 Tornado struck in July 2004, damaging more than 375 trees — yet the course reopened just seven days later. A redesign effort led by the Jim Blaukovitch team in 2005 brought new trees, added bunkers, rebuilt tees, and introduced a water hazard on the 10th hole. The result is a mature, well-rounded test of golf that suits players of all ages and skill levels.

All the other courses were effected by our drought but Fairview held up better then the rest. Greens are typically always the slowest in Lebanon but I get it. They get the most play and would burn them out. Staff was helpful and starters are always friendly. Pace of play is always an issue wherever you play and this was ok. Played it on a Saturday and only waited on a couple of holes. No big deal. It’s a fun course and some holes could be challenging. Remember it’s not a good view it’s a Fairview.
