Erin Hills Golf Club

Erin Hills Golf Club hosted the 2017 U.S. Open, putting this public 18-hole layout in Wisconsin firmly on the map for golfers worldwide. Designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan, Dana Fry, and Ron Whitten, the course moves across kettle moraine terrain shaped by glacial till, with wetlands and a river woven through the property. Golf Digest ranks it the 10th best public course in the United States and 48th greatest course overall. Practice facilities are extensive. The driving range encircles nine target greens with numerous tee positions. A putting green sits steps from the 1st tee, and a separate Drumlin putting course is also available. The short game area includes a variety of shot options and two practice fairway bunkers. The restaurant overlooks the course and operates across two venues: breakfast from 6 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 11 am to 4 pm, and dinner from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. The Irish Pub & Terrace runs daily from 6:45 am to 11 pm. It carries an impeccable selection of beer, scotch, and wine, and includes a Sports Lounge with a large-screen television.
