Rated 4.3 by 200+ Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in England on Hole19, Epping Golf Course is a public 18-hole parkland layout in Epping, England, that opened in 1995 and plays to a par of 68. The course moves across undulating ground with water features in play and panoramic views over the Essex countryside. Practice options are extensive. A 150-yard covered driving range sits on site, alongside a dedicated chipping and bunker area and a 3-hole par-3 course. Free beginner lessons run twice a week. The clubhouse serves daily home-cooked breakfast and lunch, and a function room seating 50 is available for hire.

Chris HareAugust 04, 2025Front 9 was ok but signage for the tees needs to be improved as several tees are shared, numbers have rubbed off etc. Back 9 was really nice, interesting range of holes and testing even though many holes are short
Joe RobinsonJune 04, 2025Awesome course, well maintained, play off the whites if you want abit more of a challenge as it can be short if you are going off yellows. The greens and pin positions can make this a tougher course for poor putters! (Like myself!) would highly recommend
