Emerald Coast Golf Links

Emerald Coast Golf Links is a seaside course on Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture, that makes full use of the subtropical surroundings — coral reef waters, tropical woodland, sun, and wind all come into play across 18 holes. The layout is flat throughout, which can give a deceptively open feel, but ponds and bunkers scattered across the course demand careful course management. Several holes carry distinct character: the 6th allows players to step down onto the beach from the tee, the 16th plays over a natural inlet for a genuine sea-carry, and the 18th can be played from a natural sand beach.
