The Valley Room restaurant anchors the clubhouse with a dining room, lounge, and patio, serving a farm-to-table menu built on local and organically sourced ingredients — a commitment recognized by the Snail of Approval award from Slow Foods West Michigan and a Certified Green Restaurant Designation.
