Edgewood Valley Country Club

Edgewood Valley Country Club, a private parkland course in Illinois, United States, was designed by William H. Diddel and opened in 1926. The layout stretches to 6,850 yards at par 72, with tree-lined fairways, extensive bunkering, and natural terrain shaping play throughout the 18 holes. Hole 5 is the course's most difficult, a 578-yard dogleg left that plays uphill. The par-72 finishes with hole 18, a downhill tee shot where a pond guards the right side of the fairway. The club hosted the 2006 Illinois State Amateur. The Tudor-style clubhouse, built in an English Inn style with open wooden joists, has been part of the property since the course opened, when the pro shop relocated from the club's original site on Ogden Avenue.
