Eaglewood Home Owners Association

Eaglewood Home Owners Association is an 18-hole executive golf course set within a 55-plus community of 300 equity-owned homes in Hobe Sound, Florida. There are no greens fees or trail fees, and most residents use their own golf carts. The course features tree-lined streets and 10 ponds that support a wide range of wildlife. Sandhill cranes, ibis, white and blue herons, storks, egrets, wild turkeys, pileated woodpeckers, ducks, otters, and turtles are among the species regularly spotted on the grounds. Community facilities include a fully updated clubhouse with a dining room, dance floor, library, card room, and a 19th hole lounge. A golf pro and pro shop are on site. Residents also have access to two soft-surface paved tennis courts and a heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, open year-round.
