Diamond Country Club (Diamond) in Lower Austria is Austria's only European Tour venue and a Leading Golf Course, built around a 10-hectare lake that shapes much of the challenge across all 18 holes. Designed originally by architect Jeremy Pern, the course has been refined over the years. Hole 8, a classic dogleg, was personally redesigned by 21-time European Tour winner Miguel Ángel Jiménez — who once described the course as "even better than great" — making it one of the more demanding holes on the layout. Precisely placed bunkers, fast greens, and water hazards throughout have helped the course serve as the host of the Austrian European Tour event 11 times.
