Description
Rated one of the most-played courses in Kentucky on Hole19, Devou Park Golf Course in Covington, Kentucky draws consistent attention from public golfers across the region. The 18-hole, par-70 layout spans 3,934 to 6,023 yards and was shaped by two designers: John Brophy handled the front nine, while Gene Bates designed the back. Opened in 1922, the course plays across zoysia fairways and bent grass greens. It holds a Kentucky's #1 Public Golf Course ranking and has been designated a Cooperative Sanctuary by Audubon International. The 19th Hole Bar & Grill is open daily to the public, serving specials throughout the week alongside a full bar. The Devou Event Center, a 4,000-square-foot facility with patio views of the ninth green, is also on site.

David DumbacherSeptember 23, 2025Very hilly with some narrow fairways. Greens and fairways in very good shape. Cart on slippery cartpath lost traction multiple times. Have go go slow when wet or a crash is possible. Almost could not get up hill from 4 to # 5

Even though the greens were aerated they putted great, the course is in very good condition.
