Del Norte Golf Course

Del Norte Golf Course sits in the heart of the redwoods in Crescent City, California, within walking distance of Redwoods National Park. Built in 1953, this 18-hole, par-71 layout runs alongside the Smith River and offers a secluded, peaceful round. The fairways are flat, with trees capable of influencing shot shape throughout. Greens are small and largely flat, though subtle breaks reward careful reading. A creek comes into play on two holes, adding a strategic element to the round. From the men's tees, the course measures 6,117 yards (2,996 on the front, 3,121 on the back). Ladies' tees play to 5,454 yards. The course is walkable, though carts are available, and rates are reasonable for both 9 and 18 holes.
