The layout features water hazards, sloping bentgrass greens, and a standout hole 2 — a Par 4 with an island green. The driving range spans 4 acres of grass tee decks with eleven target flags from 60 to 300 yards. A short game area includes bunkers, mounds, and uneven lie practice for chipping and pitching.
