Description
Darby Creek Golf Course spreads across 204 naturally rolling acres in the rural southeast corner of Union County, Ohio. The layout works with the land rather than against it, blending into the open countryside that frames every hole across all 18. The ground itself carries a piece of local history. From the 1920s through the mid-1980s, part of the property was home to The Ohio Orchard Company, which drew visitors from across the region for its apples, peaches, cherries, strawberries, and melons. That agricultural past gives the course a character rooted in the landscape around it. Darby Creek is one of the most-played courses in Ohio on Hole19, and golfers on the platform have rated it 4.5 out of 5.

Brian SchroederSeptember 08, 2024Absolutely beautiful course. Pristine fairways and greens. Greens weren’t too fast, but definitely not slow. Very challenging course with the amount of bunkers around the greens. Definitely don’t forget your sand wedge. If you’re a new/slower player, take a later tee time and hope you don’t get pushed too hard.

Steve HallidayOctober 29, 2016Fairways were lush but greens were just so so. Overall not bad for fall golf. $35 is waaaayyyy to much for fall rates though. Won't be back unless I find a deal. Too much to pay for this place Especially in the middle of NOWHERE
