Cypress Head Golf Club

Cypress Head Golf Club in Port Orange, Florida is an 18-hole public course designed by Arthur Hills and Mike Dasher, opened in 1992, and playing between 4,900 and 6,800 yards. The layout moves through thick forests, wetlands, and water. The front nine includes back-to-back par 3s, while the back nine closes with back-to-back par 5s — two structural quirks that give the routing a distinct rhythm. Practice facilities include a grass-tee driving range with Bermuda 319 turf, a putting green, a chipping green, a pitching target green, and a practice bunker. Individual and group lessons are available for all skill levels and ages. The pro shop carries a wide selection of golf apparel and equipment. Flagsticks Bar & Grill provides on-site dining. Cypress Head has hosted a broad calendar of events including the US Kids Golf Tournament, FSGA FJT, Veterans Golf Association Tournament, and the Blaine O'Neal Memorial Golf Tournament, among others.
