The layout draws on distinctive references. Hole 3, a par-5 of 575 yards, tumbles downhill with a railroad cut crossing the fairway 100 yards short of a plateau green inspired by James Braid's Het Girdle at the King's Course at Gleneagles. Hole 4, a par-3 of 210 yards, traces the edge of lowlands along Contrary Creek, its tilted hourglass green modeled on the 17th at Pebble Beach Golf Links. The clubhouse includes Coopers Bar & Restaurant, which serves premium seafood delivered fresh daily, pasture-raised meats, and ethically sourced ingredients, with a wine program guided by a Master Sommelier and an in-house bakery. The Deck Bar overlooks the 18th hole and offers post-round drinks and light fare in an open-air setting. A golf shop is also on site.
