Description
Cullinan Golf Club, located in Cullinan, Gauteng, has roots stretching back to 1905, when Premier Mine employees formed what was then known as the Premier Mine Golf Club. William McHardy served as its first president, with AF Pack as captain and champion by 1907. By 1954, the 9-hole layout had earned recognition as the finest of its kind in the country, with Bradley Type greens already in place. In 1969, designers Bob Grimsdell and Wilkes were brought in to reshape the course, repositioning greens and fairways on holes 5, 7, and 8. The resulting layout has remained largely intact ever since, with only one tee changed from that redesign. Today the club offers a full 18-hole round and is rated 4.3 by Hole19 golfers, with 60 or more reviews on the platform.

Pule MorobadiSeptember 24, 2016The course is beautiful. The second round is basically repetitive which is unrefreshing. There is a hint of racism as we could not be allocated go carts which were available. Otherwise overall I give them a 60%.
